The first transnational workshop took place on May 16 with the participation of more than twenty people – including invited guests.

Throughout the day, participants discussed about how Information,consultation and participation rights can lead to successful business transfer to employees in SMEs. In that regard, participants shared their experience and knowledge on several topics related to the In4BTE objectives.

An informative speech on governance models and transparency principles that promote participation of wokers in companies was therefore proposed to the audience. The financial participation and UN Sustainable Development Goals were also presented to the participants. Finally, representatives of project partners (from Spain, Italy, Germany and Bulgaria) spoke about their respective countries that work on business transfer to employees in SMEs.
